About the Service

This service allows governmental, semi-governmental, and private training providers in the UAE to become an Accredited Training Provider (ATP) based on the National Qualifications Centre (NQC) Accredited Training Provider Quality Standards.

Service Steps & Procedures

  1. Sign up/Sign in with UAE PASS & Add your organization (if it was not previously added) - User guide 
  2. Complete the requirements for Initial Registration.
  3. Complete the requirements for Institutional assessments.
  4. Accreditation if all requirements fulfilled successfully.

Required Documents

For Initial Registeration :
  1. An educational license issued by the relevant authority based on the geographical location or an Establishment Decree for governmental and semi-governmental organizations in case training activities are stipulated in the Decree.
  2. A commercial license issued by the relevant authority based on the geographical location or an Establishment Decree for governmental and semi-governmental organizations.
  3. Campus floor plans and location details.
  4. Preliminary Submission Report

Institutional Assessment: :

  1. Complete Evidence on ATP Quality Assurance Standards.
  2. No-objection certificate (NOC) from the relevant awarding body
  3. All documents required by the ATP Quality Standards (should be made available before stage two)

Terms and conditions

  1. Obtaining an educational and training license from the relevant authority
  2. During the Initial registration, the eligibility and legal status of the training provider are assessed.
  3. Important to note that initial Approval is not the final approval of the training provider
  4. Registering Trainers, Assessors, and Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) is required before moving to the institutional assessment stage (The institution must consider the number of the Internal Quality assurance team is suitable for the number of learners targeted )
  5. Registering qualifications (to be offered)
  6. During the final approval (Accreditation) stage, the training providers are assessed by the relevant awarding body to ensure their adherence to the accreditation
  7. Obtaining a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant awarding body
  8. Meeting the Accredited Training Providers Quality Standards
